On a sunny June afternoon, we were honored to help celebrate a special young woman by flowering her graduation party with lush, whimsical bud vases. 20 of her closest friends from high school and college attended the poolside celebration, which took place in a stunning Westport, CT backyard. Guests were enchanted by the vibrant bursts of pink and lilac flowers that looked straight out of a summer mood board.

We took full advantage of peony season for this celebration, dotting the table with the romantic blooms. We filled in the tablescape with bubblegum taper candles in glass hurricane vases to match them. The lilac goblets and textured table cloth complemented the peony pinks. 

The powder pinks and airy purples paired with the rattan chairs and glistening pool to create a stunning visual with a coastal atmosphere.

We designed this exuberant centerpiece for the kitchen island to extend the celebration inside. It brought countless smiles as guests helped themselves to a delicious buffet.

The celebration was a resounding success—a blissful frenzy of giggles and girlhood, just as a young woman’s graduation party should be.
