Return and Refund Policy
Customer Satisfaction is at the very core of our operating philosophy at Fresh Flower Bar. We go the extra mile to ensure that we use only the freshest and finest quality of flowers, foliage and products. All our flowers, foliage and products are carefully hand picked, inspected, and conditioned before we use them. We use the finest local flower farms and wholesalers to ensure that you get the freshest most beautiful flowers possible.
We work with natural products, therefore, we can occasionally get a stem or even an entire bunch of flowers that appears fresh and healthy, but fades after leaving our floral studio. This is usually caused by an air bubble that is trapped in the stem of the flower preventing water to feed the petals. One moment the flower looks great, but it can take only a few hours for the flower to droop. We have an outstanding track record and it is very rare for anyone to contact us regarding the quality of our flowers.
Please note: due to the seasonality of flowers, we reserve the right to substitute any flower for one of equal or greater value while still preserving the overall look of the arrangement.
However, if you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! In most cases, we offer free replacement within 24 hours of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a replacement product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following rules to our return and refund policy:
- Due to the perishable nature of our products you must call us at 203-800-3830 within 24 hours to report an issue. If you reach our voicemail, you must leave a message with your name and phone number. If you call us after 4pm on Saturday, we will not be able to return your phone call until the following Tuesday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
- Some of the flowers we use have a shorter vase life than other flowers, it is natural for certain varieties of flowers to fade earlier than others.
- We require a photograph of the order and in some cases we may send our driver to pick up the order so we can examine it to determine the root cause.
- Returned orders must be returned in original product packaging.
