Shipping and Delivery Policy

Local delivery:

Local delivery is available for orders over $109.00 within Fairfield County, Connecticut. The towns we deliver to are: Bridgeport, Cos Cob, Darien, Easton, Fairfield, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Old Greenwich, Rowayton, Southport, Stamford, Trumbull, Weston, Westport and Wilton.

Deliveries are normally made from 12pm-5pm on Tuesdays - Saturdays (we are closed on Sundays and Mondays). We may contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of the delivery. Occasionally, we can deliver your order earlier than 12pm, please call us at 203-800-3830 or email us at hello@freshflowerbar.com to make arrangements, so we can put your delivery at the top of our driver's route!

Inclement Weather Policies:

When the temperature is below 45 degrees fahrenheit, or above 80 degrees fahrenheit, or in the case of rainfall, and the recipient is not home to personally receive the flowers in-hand, we will bring the flowers back to our floral studio until we can connect with the recipient and arrange an additional delivery attempt. Please be sure to include a contact phone number for yourself and for the recipient when placing an order.

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our floral studio located at 1301 Bronson Road. We are co-located with Outdoor Design and Living and there is plenty of customer parking. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up on the day you selected. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Most pick up orders are stored in our climate control floral cooler to ensure freshness, labeled with your name.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10am-4pm, Tuesdays - Saturdays. If needed, we can create your order on Saturday and have it available to pick up on Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
