What you can expect
A fun and immersive experience! The goal of our flower workshops is to inspire your imagination, enrich your knowledge of flowers, and teach you tips that will give you the skills and self confidence you need to create beautiful flower arrangements at home.
The award-winning team at Fresh Flower Bar will teach you how to select store-bought flowers, how to condition them to prep for arranging, then show you step-by-step how to create a floral design that looks professional.
What's included
Each ticket includes an expert floral designer's guided instruction, the flowers and foliage needed to create a lush, flower-filled arrangement valued at $150.00 for you to take home and enjoy, and sparkling wine, water, and individual charcuterie boards for each student.
Workshop Location
Fresh Flower Bar is located at 1301 Bronson Road in Fairfield, CT 06824. Our Floral Design Studio is located in the loft area of the modern black barn. We are happily co-located with Outdoor Design and Living and there is plenty of parking!
Private Classes
For special occasions like birthdays, bridal or baby showers, or corporate gatherings (or just a fun night out with friends!) we can host a private workshop in our studio, or bring the fun to you!
We require a minimum of 10 students for a private workshop, and can be flexible with dates and times. We can also happily customize the color palette, flowers used, and overall style of arrangement (based on seasonal availability) to coordinate with a specific theme or desired aesthetic!

FAQs
Do you provide food and beverages?
Refreshments such as prosecco, white and red wine, sparkling water, and a charcuterie board will be provided. However, please feel free to bring anything else you want to eat and drink!
How long is the class?
Classes begin at 6:00pm and typically last until 7:30pm-8:00pm, depending on the group size.
How large are the classes?
Our public workshops have a maximum of twelve (12) people. For larger groups, we can hold our workshops outside, or in the greenhouse at Outdoor Design & Living.
How much is a ticket?
Class tickets are $219.00 per person, and full payment (or a gift card from our online store!) is required prior to the class.
I can't come anymore, what's your cancellation policy?
If you can no longer attend the workshop:
- You can transfer your seat to someone who can attend in your place on the same date of the workshop you signed up for
- You can pick up the flowers the following business day, they are yours!
- If you cannot find a person to attend in your absence, the fee is non refundable due to the perishable nature of flowers
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not offer refunds. However, tickets are transferable to another person for the date you signed up for.
Will workshops ever be cancelled?
Fresh Flower Bar reserves the right to cancel workshop dates when necessary, with as much advance notice as possible, and will always provide a reschedule date for those with tickets to attend.
