PETALS, our vintage Japanese flower truck, is paving the way for the future of event design. Our flower truck cruises to your event venue overflowing with the season's freshest blooms. A Flower Bar offers the same interactive floral experience as PETALS in a versatile tabletop format that can be set up indoors or outdoors. Beautifully styled french market buckets with an abundant selection of fresh, seasonal flowers in your event’s color palette emulate the feeling of strolling through an open-air flower market.

Both PETALS and a Flower Bar provide a uniquely interactive experience. Guests hand-select their favorite flowers and an expert florist from our team assembles the bouquet and thoughtfully packages it with Korean bouquet wrap, a satin ribbon, a custom name tag, and a hydration sleeve to keep the flowers fresh until guests place them in water at home.

On a sunny July morning at Gray Barns in Norwalk, Connecticut, we were honored to bring an interactive floral experience to Stokke USA’s brand activation. Colorful dresses twirled, precious babies slept, and children toddled around freely; there was a warm, excited energy in the air. In the back of the garden was PETALS, our charming little flower truck that caught the eye of each guest with its abundant, vibrant blooms in shades of pink and Stokke’s signature color, orange. Flowers used were two types and colors of roses, ranunculus, snapdragon, and stock.

But our floral design didn’t stop at PETALS. We approach every event with meticulous attention to detail, looking for opportunities to weave flowers throughout the guest experience. At Stokke, we thoughtfully transformed the dressing room into an Instagram-worthy selfie moment, arranging two vibrant floral meadows to decorate either side of the mirror, which was branded with the Stokke logo. We even covered the coat hooks with lush, round flower balls, turning this corner of the venue into another unexpected floral moment.

The result was an experience that engaged guests from every angle. The fragrant blooms, stunning visuals, and hands-on aspect make this a fully immersive sensory experience for guests. And long after the celebration has ended, your guests will continue enjoying the flowers they personally selected—a beautiful reminder of a day they’ll never forget.

The Stokke Brand Activation was a resounding success. Yes, the influencers who attended took photos—they couldn’t help it given the gorgeous, colorful appearance of PETALS and the abundant, vibrant blooms. But the guests also learned, laughed, and stopped to smell the flowers. Even the energetic young kids and toddlers at the event took time to look at the truck with excitement, smell one of the fragrant Free Spirit roses, or make a bouquet themselves. The flowers weren’t just pretty to look at; they were conversation-starters throughout the event and would continue to be once guests went home. We even sent some all the way to Amsterdam!

Interactive, participatory experiences like these are at the forefront of a new era of luxury event design that goes beyond décor and photo-ops. Those planning bridal or baby showers, birthday parties, or mitzvahs should take note. However, businesses can especially benefit from our immersive floral activities for corporate events, grand openings, and brand activations. Because when you give guests the opportunity to actually participate in the beauty of an event, you transform a few hours into a long-lasting memory—a conversation starter—that survives in the form of lush, joyous bouquets of fresh flowers.

We had a few bouquets left over at the end of the day, so naturally, we put them in a Stokke crib. How could we resist?
